Matthew completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University and Texas State University before earning a Master of Accountancy from Texas State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

As Vice President of FourCo Holdings, Matthew oversees treasury and finance operations across a diverse portfolio of companies spanning the live entertainment, logistics, and e-commerce industries. Prior to joining FourCo, he worked with the consulting firm JTaylor, where he specialized in quality of earnings analyses and healthcare revenue evaluations for both regional and national healthcare organizations.

Outside of his professional career, Matthew is committed to serving his community through volunteer work with the Cuatros Hermanos Foundation and other nonprofit initiatives. He also celebrates over a decade in long-term recovery and remains actively involved in the recovery community, using his experience to support and encourage others on their own journeys. His dedication to service, integrity, and giving back reflects both his professional values and his personal commitment to helping others build brighter futures.
